DOOR STYLES
Expression Series Frameless is a contemporary approach to the traditional Expression Series. This cabinetry line features a 3/4" plywood box, which provides superior strength and durability. With this solid construction, these cabinets can withstand the rigors of everyday use while maintaining their elegant appearance. The Frameless design also adds a sleek, modern look to the cabinetry, making it a popular choice.
Expression Series Traditional brings this timeless look to life with top-quality materials and craftsmanship. This type of construction involves the use of a solid wood frame that is attached to the front of the cabinet box, creating a distinct border around each cabinet door and drawer. This design has been popular for generations and is often associated with the classic look of kitchens and other living spaces.

TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION
1. Construction
Traditional face frame construction using select hardwood. Face frames are solid 3/4" thick with 1-1/2" stiles and rails. Mortise and tenon joints.
2. Back & Side Panels
1/2” plywood. The interior features a clear coat finish.
3. Shelving
Shelves are 5/8″ thick veneered plywood sealed with a clear-coat finish, adjustable and front edge banded.
4. Front Rail

5. Drawer Boxes
1/2” plywood. The interior features a clear coat finish.
6. Doors
Premium full overlay door styles. Butt doors on all sizes up to 39” wide. MDF on painted finishes. Hinges are 6-way adjustable. Soft-close hinges are standard.
7. Toe Kick
Toe Kick material is plastic with a brushed aluminum front panel. It features a soft rubber gasket for proper seal to the floor. Door color matched, MDF toe kick is also available in most styles.
Wooden toe kick available in Alpine Shaker. Plastic with brushed aluminum front panel is also an option.
8. Drawer Fronts
Drawer front reveals are 1/16” and are designed to align perfectly with adjacent drawers and doors, providing for a clean and symmetrical look. Small drawer fronts measure 7-3/8" H. Large drawer fronts measure 14-7/8" H.

All wood, dovetail constructed soft closing and adjustable roll trays are available as an optional upgrade. A wooden ladder system, shown in picture, is included with each roll tray.
FRAMELESS CONSTRUCTION
1. Construction
Frameless construction, using plywood, front edge-banded. Door color-matched edge banding on front of case.
2. Back & Side Panels
3/4” thick natural plywood.
3. Shelving
Shelves are full depth, 3/4" thick, adjustable and edge banded. Included shelf clips are metal.
4. Front Rail
Front rail of base cabinet is plywood.
5. Drawer Boxes
5/8” thick solid hard wood, dovetail joints and clear coated. Bottoms are 3/8” plywood fully captured. Slides are under mounted, full extension, and soft-close.
6. Doors
1/16” reveal. Hinges are European style and soft closing. 6 way adjustable.
7. Toe Kick
Wooden toe kick available in Alpine Shaker. Plastic with brushed aluminum front panel is also an option.
9. Overlay Panels
Overlay panels are needed on end of runs and come out to be flush with the door and drawer front.
